WellBEING PD is for the people in schools who spend their days supporting everyone else. School counsellors, wellbeing officers and pastoral care teams. The site is their hub: a place to learn, catch a webinar, and keep up with practical ideas they can use on a Tuesday, not just file away.
The training side is already there. Online courses sit alongside a webinar series, plus news and fact sheets on the things staff actually meet in a school week. Belonging, sensory overload, stress and worry, and how to tell them apart.
Around that, we are building the rest of the brand. Logo design and full branding, style guides, marketing material, social media and a podcast. Some of it is live. Some of it is still on the bench. The point is that it all comes from the same place, so the courses, the posts and the podcast feel like one practice.
A logo that can carry the name
WellBEING is the word that has to land first. We designed a mark that is clear at header size and still reads when it is small on a social tile or a course card. It is the start of the wider brand, not a sticker on an old template.

Still in the works
Style guides and marketing material are the next layer, so anyone writing a post, a slide or a social caption is working from the same rules. Social media and the podcast give the courses a voice outside the login. The webinars and the course library stay the heart of the site. The brand is what makes them easy to recognise.
It is a longer job than a one-page brochure. Courses and webinars are up. The identity, the guides and the channels around them are the work we are in the middle of.
